Our Services

Christin Whitener (she/her) is passionate about enabling organizations to do their best work together in service of a better and more just world.

She partners with teams and leaders across the country to place exceptional talent, transform people practices and facilitate equity transformation. She has worked with many types of social impact entities, including schools and school networks, nonprofits, startups, professional service firms and funders. As a mixed race and queer woman with blue collar roots, she brings a nuanced perspective on issues of identity and privilege. She is skilled in leading equity-driven executive searches as well as assessment, strategy, and systems design efforts in all areas of HR and talent.

Founder & Principal

Before launching CW Impact Strategies five years ago, Christin was a senior lead at a national executive search and human capital consulting firm. She has also held roles in startup business development and in teaching. Christin lives in Denver, Colorado with her partner and their dog, Nugget, and in her spare time can be found escaping to the mountains, singing with her band, or planning her next trip abroad.
